POLICIES

ALL of our ROOMS are NON SMOKING and PET FREE, because of this we require anyone staying to have a valid credit card or $125 cash deposit in addition to room charges. Lost keys result in a $35 charge.

3:00PM CHECK IN & 11:00AM CHECK OUT. Check out later than 11:00am will incur extra fees. We guarantee a 1:00pm check in on a select number of rooms that request an early check in for an additional $10.

We require a 72 hour notice of cancellation prior to check in time to avoid automatic charges. Some special event weekends require a minimum length stay and a 1 night non-refundable deposit.

All rates are based on double occupancy with a maximum of 4 adults per room or 6 total persons including kids. We have several adjoining rooms available to accommodate large groups. Cots are available for an additional $10.

Being a Family owned and operated establishment, we do our best to treat all who stay with us as guests. We trust that all guests will treat our property with respect and care. Any damages to the property, the room or it's contents will incur extra fees and will negate any rate discounts that may have been applied!
